AU History: To put it simply, Lucky Penny is the ongoing (mis)adventures of the titular Penny as she tries to become an adult. To put it bluntly, it's not going too well. She works in a laundromat (having been fired from her job setting up mannequins at a department store) and lives in a self storage unit (having had to move from an actual apartment due to being fired). But she has Boyfriend (a female calico cat), and a possible boyfriend (Walter, who works at the gym that she showers at) so it's good. Ironically, Penny herself is super unlucky. She blames her neck tattoo for cursing her, but time will tell if that's the case....
How does this all fit in the AU? Well here's the rough breakdown: ‣ Penny is now not cursed! But she is still generally klutzy and prone to accident and misfortune ‣ Works as an assistant language teacher at a public middle school in Osaka (through the JET program) ‣ Penny will be "aged up" to reflect having graduated college (degree - Independent Studies) ‣ Ears no, tattoo yes (much concealer. very turtleneck. wow)
Fighter/Sacrifice:Fighter. Penny is most likely to take the direct approach when confronted with something (need a new place? - (illegally) rent your friend's storage unit!, kids trying to break into said unit? - attempt to beat them up with an umbrella). She's quick-witted, which will serve her well as a fighter. However, she's pretty aimless, and benefits heavily from the support and approval of others. Zero?: Nah Other: Nope
