Age: Your character's age here. If there is no canon age, designate one for them.
Canon: What series is your character from? Are they an OC?
AU History: We're not asking for a dissertation; just briefly describe your character's life. What was their childhood like if it's relevant? If your character is easy to AU (sports, slice of life, etc.), you are free to link to a wikia page, or you can write out their history yourself.
Fighter/Sacrifice: Will the character discover that they are a Fighter or a Sacrifice? Describe your decision.
Zero?: Would they become a ZERO? If yes, please describe why - is it something from canon that can be translated into them being a ZERO? Explain your reasoning to get approved as a ZERO.
Other: List any special abilities or powers they have in canon here. If you can justify the power in a low magic setting, your character is welcome to one very toned down power. It cannot be anything more powerful than Wordspell. Detail it here and we'll determine if we'll allow it. Expect, more often than not, to be without those powers if they don't have a major impact on the character's personality.

AU History:
Annie was lost as a baby due to neglectful parenting. She has no idea who or where her birth parents are, and doesn't particularly care. Until she was twelve she was moved from foster home to foster home. And then she was adopted by a young rich couple.
Said rich couple actually consisted of a man and a man crossdressing as a woman in order to legally adopt her. For the past five years she's been groomed into the heir of her adoptive parent's shipping company. As weird as her adoptive family is, she's grateful to them for taking her in.
Fighter/Sacrifice: Fighter. She thinks very quickly on her feet and when put under pressure leaps to decisions decisively. The word "hesitate" just isn't in her dictionary.
