Canon: What series is your character from? Are they an OC?
AU History: We're not asking for a dissertation; just briefly describe your character's life. What was their childhood like if it's relevant? If your character is easy to AU (sports, slice of life, etc.), you are free to link to a wikia page, or you can write out their history yourself.
Fighter/Sacrifice: Will the character discover that they are a Fighter or a Sacrifice? Describe your decision.
Zero?: Would they become a ZERO? If yes, please describe why - is it something from canon that can be translated into them being a ZERO? Explain your reasoning to get approved as a ZERO.
Other: List any special abilities or powers they have in canon here. If you can justify the power in a low magic setting, your character is welcome to one very toned down power. It cannot be anything more powerful than Wordspell. Detail it here and we'll determine if we'll allow it. Name: Green Oak
Age: 16
Canon: Pokemon
AU History: In a small town outside the busy bubble of Tokyo, three kids grew up together exploring hidden caves and thick forests, dreaming of something far bigger out there to see. They shared everything at first, including video games that the proud Green Oak brought over to show his skills at mashing buttons.
Except that loser Red also got pretty good at them. And okay, Leaf was good too, but Red being that good was the irritating part. Older age separated them further, with a few too many pushes and shoves finally breaking them out of all their childhood dreams. Red would go on to take Green's dream of being strong enough to compete yet never go anywhere with it, and Green would go on towards the western side of Tokyo for secondary school to find something worth chasing after. Having a well-known scientist grandfather tends to put a lot of pressure on deciding what to do with himself.
He still keeps up with the third friend, Leaf, fairly closely, but he hasn't seen Red in a few years. Sometimes he wonders how he's doing, or what he's up to, but Green keeps himself busy enough in school to not worry about lame things. He still dabbles in video games (because he's still amazing at them, thank you), and is even pretty good in kendo club. It's nice to be out in the big city on his own, but there's still something missing here...
Fighter/Sacrifice: Sacrifice. While his hotheaded attitude might make people initially see him as a Fighter, his stubborn, strong will makes him an incredibly valuable Sacrifice. He's not the type to give up easily, no matter what he must suffer through to achieve his goals - and for a reckless boy like him, maybe he needs other people to help him realize his dreams in the background.
